Apple released iOS 12.5.1 on Monday. It fixes an issue with COVID-19 Exposure Notifications on older devices.
iOS 12.5.1 to Fix COVID-19 Exposure Notifications on iPhone 5s, 6, 6 Plus Apple’s release notes said: This update fixes an issue where Exposure Notifications could incorrectly display logging profile language. iOS 12.5.1 works on the iPhone 5S, 6, and 6 Plus, as well as the original iPad Air, and iPad Mini 1-3. COVID-19 Exposure notifications only became available on these devices via iOS 12.5. Users with applicable devices can update by going to Settings > General > Software Update. Tags: COVID-19, iOS 12
